Inkstand...

Calligraphy is one of my favorites from many years ago,when I was child and I bought this nice inkstand from Isfahan about 15~16 years ago!
This is the cap of it. Inlay at sides of painting on ivory... a simple sample of Iranian art!!
I have many nice memories with it!

this is in my mode, I love the photos that is captured in these states (low focal length). colors and frame are too excellent, anyhow I have an idea for improvement: if the background of your object was "Black" and the template of your page was so "Only Black", your image would become very deep in space.

Wow Saeed, you've made an inkstand look like an ivory tower, so impressed, the detail and colour here are beautiful as is the DOF which draws your eye beautifully to the design and highlight of it. I have also done calligraphy in the past, never seen anything as beautiful as this for ink tho, stunning.
